Taking 2 hours to deliver

Debonairs pizza at Hatfield Engen has such poor delivery. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order to be called that my order is ready. The delivery man then proceeded to say that I should wait outside for the order and he'll arrive in 5 minutes. The delivery guy only arrived 35 minutes later.

So my order arrived two hours after I placed it and it arrived cold Now I cannot send the Debonairs pizza app a query because it says it is outside it's"Live Chat hours". So now me and my family have to settle for a cold Pizza that arrived 2 hours after I ordered it.
