I ordered via the app and all was good when they deducted for payment, only for them to call me after 10 minutes of ordering to inform me that they do not deliver to the area I requested. I then asked for a reimbur*****t and the lady said okay. I then waited an half an hour and still nothing. I then called them back and she didn't know what I was speaking about. I then reminded her who I was and asked for my money back. She then said it would take 3 days to reimburse me but it was so quick for them to take tge money out of my account.
