Superbad customer service

I had a bad experience with a franchise In Verulam, I order a Pizza 17:30 and I called at 18:00 to check my order and they said the drive is the way. I waited and called back 18:30 and they never answered up until they closed. today also they are not picking up even though I paid. The franchise should be close it rubish
