Super disappointed with bad treatment

I ordered triple decker pizza with voucher. The driver didn't leave the till slip and I called them back and they promised to call me back it has been more than an hour I am yet to receive a call this means I will be stuck with this voucher I cannot redeem without a till slip. My last order was a week ago I told them no onions and pizza was delivered with onions. Maponya mall is a big let down for me
