Super disappointed at Debonairs Meadow Point

I am greatly disappointed in Debonairs Pizza meadow point. I ordered via their app yesterday and got confirmation sms and e-mail that my order has been placed. An hour passed and I thought it's delayed because of the weather. I then called them multiple times only for the phone to be put down after being answered once and got re-directed. I got the agent's name and she was by all means very rude. Two hours later they called me back to ask if they should process the order, i was hesitant and said no it's too late but the agent said i promise it'll get delivered hot and I agreed. I did not receive my order nor any sort of communication. I am wondering had i paid immediately via Eft, what would have become of me.
