such horrible service

I ordered a Pizza, paid online. Waited 2 hours, when I called they told me there is loadshedding , The delivery guys have left with our pizza and they are unreachable, all their phones were off. I knew it was a lie but chose peace. 30 minutes late I call again, the supervisor answers again and tells me the same story and when when I asked why the lies the dropped the phone because I was asking for my money back. When I tried calling back it wasn't going through then the delivery they called my daughter( We use her profile to order her name Moyagabo Magoro) His words were I am leaving the store now to bring your Pizzas. I took over the phone, trying to understand and started shouting why are you only leaving now I was told you 2 hours ago. I told him I want my money back, he gave the supervisor the phone she said and I quote" the drive left wit your Pizza and came back to the store with your Pizza." when i told her I want my money she said the person who does refunds already left. the question was how does the person leave when you know you aren't rendering the service I already paid for , more than 2 hours ago. I asked her why she was lying to me SHE EVENTUALLY DROPPED THE PHONE ON ME.

This is the second time they did this. Last we ordered pizzas and other combos but the got the order wrong till we gave up. They didn't even ref und the voucher we used. since they cant do what they promised they should be closed.I was treated like I am an idiot. I still want my money

For the record my house is only 3.9 Kilometres from the place.
