Such a bad experience totally unacceptable.

Debonairs pizza Berea centre Durban, I went there today 29/07/23 I baught a pizza and I used my card to pay they said they have network problems payment did not go through we must try again we tried second time same problem happened I said it's okay because I was in a rush when I got home I checked my phone only to find payment went through on both occasions but I received no pizza R400 in total, I called the call centre to put me through to the shop the lady I spoke to was so rude told me she it's not her problem she does not work at that store.
