Subpar service and terrible customer care

Subpar customer service. I ordered using their app. Waited over two and a half hours for my pizza and then had to take an uber to the mall to try and get my order. I get there, zero service. No attention whatsoever, the store itself is in chaos with people in the same situation as me. Only one cashier, and apparently one of oven are not working. I understand that it is a busy day, however a store must be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to fulfil what it exists for. If your equipment is going to be breaking down, at least have great customer service to make for it. Another thing…drivers will tell the system that your order is delivered BEFORE they deliver it. This is my second time experiencing this with Debonairs. Never should have been so strapped for dinner ideas that I’d trust them again. The people of Protea Glen deserve better service.
