Sub standard pizza 2 consecutive times!!

I am annoyed at this repeat incident at Shell Beach Debonairs outlet on Saturday 01/10/2022

I ordered a Double stack pizza and the is NO cream cheese in it!!! The last time i let it go thinking it was a mistake…

However this time around i want my money back or another pizza. I am awaiting your response ASAP. Another issue was the fact that the outlet did NOT have stock of Mushrooms on the 1st day of the month was another blunder!! My first choice was a Chicken and Mushroom and had to opt for something for else due to no stock !!

Someone in management needs to visit the shop to train staff and do quality checks because seemingly they don’t understand the impact.
