Stupid stupid manager

<p>I called Debonairs Banbury to place an order to collect. Firstly the lady who answered the phone didnt know *** she was doing or talking about. I was put on hold for 8 mins then the phone was given to Ephraim who is a manager. I placed the order then proceeded to go and collect. Shockingly I got there and the order had not been placed. Asking what had happened I was referred to Ephraim (The Manager) who if you ask me was very defensive and had a stinking attitude. All he could tell me is " Yes I took the order but it didnt come through to the orders section." He told me if I was serious about this Pizza I had to wait for 30-45 mins. I was then shocked with the facial expressions and body language. I asked for Bala's number (the owner) and he told me he wasnt going to give me the number, everything has to go through him. This is not the first time Debonairs has ****ed up neither is it the second or third. To Famous Brands I say you cant cant certain individuals mess up your name like this. At the end of the day you need to protect your brand but there is certain individuals in your stores who think since they hold managerial positions they can get away with anything. I would have ordered and waited for my order but this stupid Ephraim made me leave. As I was leaving I overheard him and his colleagues back chatting me as I left. I have heard it with Debonairs. I just dont learn. </p>
