Stupid ordering process of debonairs

I think it is so stupid that when you call for an order you get to a call center and they give your order to the shop. How stupid is that. So I call and then they tell me sorry they off line they cant place the order and I have to go to the shop myself. I ask for the direct number of the shop, no sorry can give it to me. And then when I call again and ask to place and order and have it delivered, no they dont deliver but when I get to the shop there is bikes coming and going... but i have to take my baby out into the cold to spoil my older child. And i only do it for him cus I dont think debonairs is even good and so expensive. Next time he asks I will just say sorry but no we can't get
