Store Closed at 20:40 - Second complaint

So last night on our way home, we decided to get something to eat and went into the Dawn Park shopping Centre, we wanted to get pizza, so as we park in front of Debonair Pizza the time was approximately 20:40.<br> We noticed that the doors was closed but didn't think much about it, my husband went to the door and was rudely turned away saying they had closed already, however their trading hours are until 21:00pm. the guy had the gut to say they close 20 minutes early so they can leave at 21:00pm and no later. I thought that was ridiculous, surely if you say you close at 21:00 even a customer who walks in 5 minutes before deserves to be served...anyway I guess that why a lot of these businesses in township suffer, because of lack of service delivery.. something that they take for granted which is the key to their successes
