Store accepts my order then calls to say they are not delivering

After placing an order and receiving an email and SMS to say that the store had accepted my order, I received a call to say that they are not delivering today. This is unacceptable. Not that they are not delivering but because their online site does not say anything about it. They took my money and refuse to deliver. When I called in, I was told that they would only refund my money in 3 days. This is an absolutely terrible business practice. IF YOU ARE NOT DELIVERING, DON'T TAKE MY MONEY!
