STOP LYING ABOUT YOUR ONLINE SERVICES!!!
A month ago i ordered online from debonairs Somerset West, Main road. I ordered on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Both Thursday and Friday the food was delivered to my residents in Macassar. On the Saturday when i ordered again, i was called back by the store to inform me that they dont deliver in Macassar. When i told the lady that ive been ordering for the past two days and there was no problem with it. My food was eventually delivered after the dispute.
Yesterday on 17/17/17, i ordered again from debonairs online and the pizzas was half an hour late and i was told by the delivery guy that they are trying not to do deliveries in the area where i live.
I hate false advertising and if i order online, how is it my problem how the pizza get to me. Customers pay for services and if this continues where the store tells me they dont deliver then someone needs to look into it. The option for online orders and deliveries is part of their service. So why lie?????
