Stinking service ever

Hatfield Debonairs Pizza is a jungle. There's is arrogant guy who was giving out orders. We waited for 30 minutes and he comes to us with his stinking attitude he says their machine is off and he only gave out orders for delivery. My order was number 104 and I ended up taking money because he said he don't know how long our orders will take. I then went to Nandos hardly 10 mins my order was ready and that is what we call Excellent customer service, Big Ups to Nandos
