Stinking service

Debonairs pizza evaton mall from Papi. I ordered a pizza at 14h20 till this very moment at 16h00 I haven't received it. I gave them a call at around 15h30 they promised to get back to me to after they checked what went wrong. They still haven't, I called the customer care to log in this complaint and the same treatment I received. they all promise to call me back. This is very heartbreaking in such poverty stricken community where people need jobs, and yet other people are abusing their positions like this wow. I hope this gets addressed because this particular outlet is very notorious for bad service
