Stinking Customer service

It's been three hours that I'm still waiting for my order.

When I phoned I'm being told that they don't deliver in my area, at 1st got told the driver is out with my order.like what must one do in order to get proper service with these debonnairs pizzas outlet in thembisa??? A month back I waited 45 minutes in an outlet for my order only when I asked I was told they are busy with it while I was the only customer in the store.

So frustrated right now
