Stinking attitude by delivery guy

Doesn't debonair teach their drivers good customer service? I am puzzled by this driver after he throws on the grounds a receipt of a customer, I mean this receipt has the customers Names, address and cell number. I even picked up the receipt and have it on me as proof. I tell him that he is littering in our street and instead of apologising the is man starts going at me and telling me just how I can't tell him what to do as I'm not his manager, he further tells me that of I control my boyfriend that doesn't mean I can control me.
