Still waiting for Pizza and for the call centre to get the store to phone

<p>We ordered pizza's from the George Branch on Friday 03 February 2017. We where told that the pizzas will be delivered in about an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half with no delivery I contacted the branch and was told that it was on the vehicle and we should have it shortly. Well the pizzas never arrived. I contacted the customer care line and reported this to them. I was given the following reference number 244674 . A few days later a call centre staff member called me to follow up to find out if the George Branch had made contact with me and I told them that no one had call me. The lady was going to call the branch and get them to give me a call. Nothing has happened and today I called the customer care line to follow up and was told again that someone from the branch will call me. it is now 7 hours later and no call.</p> <p>George Branch really sucks and in my eyes has dropped the excellent name of Debonairs.</p>
