Still waiting for order
<p>i placed an order online with Debonairs. i got an sms saying the store recieved my order at 17:05 on 30-04-17, at 18:00 i decided to call and find out how far my order was, the phone was never answered by the specific Debonairs Katlehong. i then called the customer care. i dont understand why Debonairs Katlehong accepted the order if they wherent going to deliver it. i eventually decided after 2 hours to get alternate food. so disaponted!!!!!!</p>

well i am not happy with the service at Katlehong debonairs. i have received a call from the manager weeks ago and i notified him that i visit Katlehong over the weekend. weekend of the 27-28th was buzy when i got to the Debonairs on Sunday i was told it is closed at 8pm stoves are off and so nothing can be done. i had called before going there and a lady said she will get the manager to call me back. no one called and when i got there was told they are closed.. is it possible that i can place my order with another debonairs and get to use my R50 voucher? i am in joburg CBD monday to friday and would like if it will be possible for me to place my order with another debonairs.
