Still waiting for my replaced pop-itz a WEEK later

I was called on Wednesday the 7th of October morning & told to come fetch my pop itz since I complained about the ones I had bought, I couldn't go on the day due to the fact that I wasn't around...So I decided to go the following day which was on Thursday the lady who called me wasn't there on Thursday & I went again on Friday & I was told she was only coming in at 4 & I told them I'm knocking off in 5 mins time at 3 this was the manager I spoke to,yesterday I get there & the manager was arguing in front of customers...So I ask one of the cashiers if I could talk to her...Tjo I waited close to 15 mins while she was arguing with one of the employees that work there after that I hear her busy mumbling to the cashier I spoke to saying \Manje lo ufunani"stating \""what does she want when I get to her she tells me that they made my pop itz for me on Friday where as I left cause I had a funeral to attend & I asked the manager if they could deliver them to my workplace cause I was not willing to wait until 16:00 & they were waiting & then she tells me that the lady whose suppose to assist me \""The cashier\"" is not in today I must come another day said the manager instead of assisting me!!"""
