Still waiting for my pizza order since the 16th of Dec till now!! Debonairs carletonville

Bad customer service! Debonairs carletonville ext9

I placed an order on the 16th of December for my kids hoping they will enjoy their pizza! Time was 18:45 the lady on the phone said she they don't take orders after 6pm on that area! I told my husband I couldn't place an order and he tried his luck and called by the stotito place an order by him self... Guess what? They took his order and promised to deliver in 60min.. me and my kids had to wait and wait the pizza is still on the way Even today!!! I called by the store 8pm to check on my order and the gentleman said it's still on the way !! Probably I didn't get my order because I stay in a location, my if I was staying at town I would get my order!!! I think it's unfair for the store to keep my hopes up and do not deliver.. I could've cooked for my kids on that day. And it's not the 1st time this is happening!!!! Please assist with such issues happening at that branch!
