Still waiting for my order
Felt like a night in with a movie so decided pizza was the obvious choice. I placed an order online at 19:57. Paid for the order via crdit card and requested that it be delivered. I am currently standing outside, at 21:29, waiting for my pizza, starving with no delivery guy in sight. Everytime I call the branch I get told my order is on its way. Customer services said they would escalate it. No response from him. Short or getting in my car and driving around in search of the delivery chap, I’m not sure if I will be eating tonight. R300 waste of my time. I will never ever ever order from Debonairs again!!!!’
