Still waiting for debonairs to deliver...3hours & counting

So I get home from work exhausted, as an essential worker dealing with overwhelming circumstances. I wanted to treat myself and my kids to pizza. I ordered online at 18h55, I am now writing this review at 21h50 and still no pizza. I called the call centre numerous times but it was on hold until an automated voice states that they are unable to take the call and I should try again later. I eventually made something for my kids to eat at 21h00, as for me, I lost my appetite after more than 2 hours of waiting... Frustrated and disappointed. Dear Debonaires, we all get overwhelmed at times, call customers if you are unable to carry out their order, courtesy goes a long way.
