Still no acceptable resolve for previous complaint
Still no response to my previous complaint, I am now livid! This is just more proof that these 2 branches have utter **** service and do not care about their customers. I will keep writing complaints and till they contact me and resolve this. It is not my duty to call customer care when they promised they would call me.
