Still hungry customer

Ordered a pizza from Debonairs in Port Sheptone (oribi plaza) to be delivered, specifically stated "no Debonairs Sauce". When I received my confirmation sms, the sms also stated "no Debonairs sauce", pizza arrives with exactly what I asked not to be on it. It seems like a minor detail but it's these little things that can completely put you off especially since this is not the first time this has happened. How difficult can it be to read and follow an instruction when the same instruction was sent back to me as confirmation?! The service at the Port Sheptone Branch has severely deteriorated and I would not and will not recommend debonairs pizza to anyone for anything.
