Still awaiting for my refund

I bought online, doing two transactions and paid online on the 12/082017, however I only learnt that the store was not operational due to renovations. Only 1 transaction of my purchase was refunded am still waiting for the one that's still outstanding . I've called, cases have been logged, however still no response till today...???
