***** ur money don't refund

I ordered pizza online on the 20th September 2020 and the app took long to respond and then it said my order failed but debonairs took my money and I received an sms to state I would receive my refund within 5 business days. I wait after 5 business days and still no refund. I log a complaint and they respond and say it's 5 - 10 business days for the refund. I wait after the 10th business day and still no refund.

Dont order from debonairs they ***** a person's money and don't refund. You call the call Centre and they can't assist you. First they must do follow ups but there should be notes stating if the refund was processed.

STAY AWAY FROM DEBONAIRS THEY ***** UR MONEY!!!!
