Stay on lockdown .. don't take on tasks u can't handle

Ordered a 2 pizza's from Debonairs protea Glen , still haven't received the pizza after 6 hours, when u try to call them the call is never answered , this is the second time that I have to wait more then 5 hours for a margat pizza, I just think if they know that they wouldn't be able to handle the online orders and delivery there off they should've have just stayed on lockdown like everyone else .. this is really disappointing .. can I please have a refund as I did a online eft m
