Stay away from Debonairs Klerksdorp - *****

About 4 weeks ago I stayed over in Klerksdorp and decided to order Debonairs to be delivered to the quest house. Upon arrival the driver swiped my card for an extra R20, and told me it was for delivery. I have no problem giving the driver a tip. I ordered online and the site clearly said, no delivery charge. My problem is that I paid with a company credit card. Now the invoice and the payment does not match. So I ended up having to pay for the meal out of my.pocket. I reported it to the complaints department the same evening. Since the incident several people phoned me to asked it the matter has been resolved, but no one is resolving it! The service department of this brand is useless to say the least. I urge all strongly to stay away from ordering Debonairs from Klerksdorp, as they will add their own made up charges to it, and the brand will allow it as nothing gets done about it.
