Starving while awaiting delivery

Yesterday evening 5/15/2020 I called to place an oder for delivery. Indeed I did place an oder and was informed it would take about an hour to deliver but I waited the whole night and even now I received no communication. I did not have any food as I was hoping to get a delivery of my favorite pizza. Poor service indeed from yarona mall
