Stanger BRANCH PATHETIC

Please do not order from Debonairs Pizza Stanger branch placed 2 online orders one after another, so happened that the order placed second comes to me first, but no problem I accepted it than I waited over an hour for the second order to arrive but nothing comes through I called the store and enquired the manager tells me it has left, which she is lying so I told her when the pizza arrives I am not paying for it as I have not received it on time and pathetic service so she cuts the call on me than after, 5 minutes she calls again and says the area manager said if I don't pay for the pizza I must send it back he doesn't care even if I complain to the owner so I said the Manager give the area manager my number and tell him to call me but there's no avail is this the way to speak to a customer?? I'm highly furious with the store than because we had no assistance from the store we called the customer service department hence all of my airtime had been finished and told the Consultant to call me back but still awaiting the response But Nothing????????
