Stale Pizza and bad smells from Fermented Sauce

This is the third time I have had bad service from Debonaires Head Office call centre. They are unable to place special orders. Benmore store is take away only and not walk in and the phone works very seldom.This means you cannot order specific pizza online or via Head Office. They then add on 15 delivery fee for being 1 km away from store.I can order from store directly and get up to 30 off just by paying over the counter. The Pizza quality has deteriorated to the point of your teeth starts paining when you bite into the pizza because its hard like a week old dried roti. The pizza also has the smell of sweat from the underarm pits.The Deboanairs sauce was fermeting and had a funy smell. We took almost an hour trying to order the pizza and settled to order online as the lunch hour had already passed. Horrible stale pizza,stale dough,bad smells and fermenting sauces. All of the family who ate the pizza now has runny tummies and stomach cramps. Very unhappy with the Pizza quality and will be reporting to CPA to force the franchise to fix up their quality or face the heavy fines.
