Stale inedible food and no customer service

For + 12 years we have been buying from Debonairs, <br> (+ R15k) but never complained even though we were being billed for delivery<br> yet are only 4.5 km away! So much for free delivery!<br> 2 weeks back we bought 2 pizzas and found the quality atrocious.<br> The base was gummy and inedible as though it was the previous days order that had been reheated!<br> For the first time we complained to them,after wasting 10 minutes before being transferred to<br> Mr Tembiso, the manager, who offered to send replacement pizzas<br> but as it was too late we postponed it for our next order.<br> <br> On wednesday we repeated the order, but the branch knew nothing of the previous debacle so refused to give it to us for free.<br> After a dozen costly minutes on our cellphone we got in touch with Mr Tembiso. He remembered our complaint and being the able public relations expert and noble gentleman he<br> offered my wife a miserable 10% discount!<br> <br> I was so shocked and underwhelmed that I phoned him back<br> and cancelled!<br> He grudgingly relented and offered it for free <br> but since he had so insulted us I didn't trust him and refused.<br> I want the MD to review the call and service & REFUND ME for this & ALL MY DELIVERY CHARGES as I am incensed.
