STALE DISGUSTING TRIPLE DECKER

I am not one to complain but yesterday the service I received from the Debonairs in yoeville was terrible. The cahier Precenthia Ncube answered my call when I wanted to place a order. Its not the first time I place a order for delivery and she answers the phone. She is extremely RUDE and all she does is shout I cant her you and drops the line she has a bad attitude and I think it is Precenthia as that's the name that came up on my receipt. she didn't even give me the price of the pizza she just dropped. when I called back she was just rude. Mind you this was at 18:59 when I called and placed my order the driver then calls me at 19:16 telling me he is down stairs. the sticker was black but I didn't complain about that as I can jst heat the pizza up. Did they just deliver some one else's pizza that was the same flavour coz it was stale like a card board box, the bottom layer was so damp and the cheese was not soft and cheesy was more like rubber. I really did not enjoy the pizza I didn't even finish it. My boyfriend who loves food didn't even finish it. What a waste of R110.00 and I don't think I will be calling in for a delivery from that Debonairs as it was bad from the start. :(
