Staff ignores and poor services

<p>Good Day<br />Yesterday I ordered 3 pizzas for collection.(18:09) The lady that answered said the pizza will be ready 6 min as soon as I pay. I said if thats the case put the order through and I will come pay. At 18:18 I was at the store, paid and waited like other customers. 30 minutes later I asked where are my pizzas I was told to kindly be patience as they experience high volumes.</p> <p>I waited, now at 18:59 I asked for the manager as the people that had even come after me had recieved their pizzas, i was ignored till a lady came and asked my order number. She asked the kitchen staff where is my order (146), they said they never got the instruction to put it in the oven. I asked for my money and that they do not proceed, again I was ignored. I was then slapped with the pizzas 4 minutes later. No one cared that I had asked for my money back and do not want the pizzas. My daughter said let take it and leave as she really wanted pizza.</p> <p>No I hardly complain bu this the third strike.</p> <p>#1. Same store dilivered our pizza two hours late and cold. ( I still tipped the driver).<br />#2. Order a four seasons (No olives were added).<br />#3. Last night's incident.</p> <p> </p>
