Staff glued to TV instead of service
I was at the debonairs verulam branch Monday on 15 February at night and upon placing my order, the teller looked spaced out because she seemed to have trouble paying attention to me and the tv at the same time. She took my order, I swiped my card and gave me my payment slip but forgot to give me the slip with my order number from not paying attention. thereafter all tellers and cooks were glued to the tv instead of paying attention to their jobs. Another customer there was quite upset for the same reason. Honestly thenpizza at verulam isnot as tasty as other debonairs. Get rid of the tv please for better service.
