STAFF ATTITUDE: WRONG ORDER

Yesterday the 18th Feb, I bought X2 large chicken and mushroom Pizza plus a small one something meaty, which I paid more than R250, I repeatedly requested the cashier to add the spring onion on both large pizzas, I said that more than three times. It was raining very heavy did not check my pizza in store besides I have never had a bad experience with Debonairs this was just my first experience in this particular branch. When I reach home I open the pizza and there was no spring onion I then called the branch to ask why they did not put the spring onion, to my surprise the cashier just said \sorry\" with very aggressive voice,I got upset as she was not giving me any reason I asked for her Manager who took her time to come to the phone, I explain what happened and she said with an attitude \"there is no spring onions\" I asked her why was I not informed as I could have added something else? she then ask me a very stupid question she said \" what do you want us to do now\"? I am very disturbed in the manner they handled me as if I did not pay for my Pizza, their attitude was annoying for such a big restaurant. Hence I am saying this was my first experience to be treated like this."
