Squashed, cheese-less Pizza

<p>Waited 1hour 40minutes for our pizza, when it arrived the order was wrong and the only pizza that we actually wanted was squashed and all the cheese was stuck to the box. Terrible service. I called four times to follow up on the order and was assured it was on it's way. What happened to the promise about it being free if it's late. I don't mind waiting and paying but to be served the junk we were served is unacceptable.</p>
