Springs Mall Debonairs Pizza

I bought a large double crammed crust pizza on the 8th of August 2020 at Springs Mall Debonairs. I chose the meat flavoured option. I was given the wrong order, which consisted of a large chicken flavoured pizza. To my disappointment, I realised that when I got home. I had to drive all the way from Kwa-Thema to Springs Mall in order to return the pizza. I was only given a mere apology. I was never compensated on petrol money that I used, bearing in mind that it was their fault. The lady that I bought the pizza from only did the exchange and that was how she resolved the matter. Adding to my frustration, the lady involved did not even seem to be genuine about the whole incident and the matter was not taken seriously.
