Spicy spice on Hawaiian pizza

Bought Debonairs pizza for the first time in 3 years And was so disappointed. Bought a small Hawaiian pizza for my 4 year old and there was a chillie like spice sprinkeld over it was so hot that myself who like spicy stuff could just just eat it.
