Speed Point Not Working

I am writing to complain about the unacceptable bad service, which spoiled my evening on Saturday (29 Aug 2015) at around 21h30, when I was buying pizza for my wife at Debonairs Pizza (Protea Glen Mall). After spending a long time on the queue, I placed my order and when I took-out my card to pay, I was told that the speed point is not working.<br> <br> As a customer driven business, Debonairs Pizza should understands the importance of providing customers with superior service. I cant be forced to go withdraw cash at an ATM in the evening, not with the high-level of crime happening at our ATM's.<br> <br> When I enquired why the speed point is not working, I was told that when their outlet gets too busy the machine doesn't work. I really felt what a lame excuse, when there are other places that gets way to busy than Debonairs and their speed points are always on point.<br> <br> I hope that Management and Franchise holders will look into this matter and ensure that the necessary corrective steps are put in place so that your outlet may meet our expectations in the future.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Tshepiso Sehloko <br> ***
