Speechless bad service

Lydenburg branch is the worst in customer service. After we ordered 1 pizza on the online app, an hour later, we phoned to check where it is and they said they didn't have drivers but it will be there soon. I gave them 10 more minutes (everything in Lydenburg is 5min away) and phoned again. Then Ellie at reception gave me a load of excuses and attitude. I told her must i rather come pick it up myself, she said yes, rather do it So after 90min of ordering my 1 pizza, i stood if front of Ellie, who again, could hardly talk. I think the main reason I'm so upset, this is not my first bad experience at Lydenburg debonairs. I just really don't want local business to close down, but after today's experience, please close down and move on!!
