South Africa, Durban CBD Smith street Debonairs pizza does not deserve to be running a business!

It is with great disappointment that i am writing this review however on the 10th of September 2021 i ordered an original veg pizza via Ubereats at Debonairs pizza (SOUTH AFRICA, DURBAN CBD, SMITH STREET). When the pizza came it was in a messy presentation and it was burnt...when i mean burnt i mean just that. I then became really disturbed and filed a report via uber eats and they requested for pictures which i gladly shared and they agreed to reimburse me from 3-5 working days. The sad part is that they did not and i am extremely dissapointed and believe that they Do Not deserve to be running a business. The pizza tasted like cardboard, i could not even chew it. Ontop of that i had requested for extra cheese and paid extra for it which they did not include. It was dry and tasted old...shame on debonairs pizza Smith Street. I have proof of emails agreeing to reimburse me yet they were bold enough to choose to ignore my complaint and make empty promises.
