Sour Tomato & Mushrooms instead of creamy chicken triple decker

I ordered a pizza telephonically from a debonairs pizza in Mayibuye, I ordered triple decker creamy chicken or whatever its called and instead I got a mushroom and sour tomato thing with one layer completely clean save for a few raw tomato bits.

There was no chicken no cheese to speak of either in the middle layers... I called their "helpline" to lay a complaint and they told me someone would contact me in 24 hours. No one did so after72 hours I called them back and a Nancy Sithole told me there is nothing they can do the store must contact me. I told her I would contact hellopeter and she says "okay."

This is unacceptable. I want my money back. And why do they have a "client services" call centre when they have no intention of offering any service? It's been days and still I have not heard from them. They are probably waiting for the store to contact me who knows?!!!
