Sour meat, Off putting chicken pizza and ridiculous service

<p>I ordered my pizza online and was so impressed that I received my order in probably 15 or less minutes, When I opened the box to my meaty triple-decker pizza it looked as if a random staff member made it firstly.. Dry and off putting.. I then tasted it and the meat was definitely off, Asked one of my staff members to taste it to confirm whether or not i was losing it and he confirmed as well that it was indeed off.. I called the store and the manager literally spoke over me the entire time to the point I had almost no choice but to shout! And of course that's when i got her attention, She said I should not get angry because she is basically trying to sort it out. What upset me was the fact that when I said its off she had the audacity to tell me a few times that it cannot be off and the stock only arrived today, Like I didn't complain for my health? I am a paying customer and I expect a proper service and when you advertise your product on a picture I expect what I see in that picture or a very very close similarity, I also expect you as a "manager" to make sure that when your products leave the store that it leaves in the fashion that you would like to receive it if you were a paying customer, I also expect an APOLOGY when I am unsatisfied (something i had to remind her about before she said "I apologise") After she carried on speaking over me I told her I just want my refund and her driver must come and collect the pizza from me and that's that. The driver pulls up and I hand him a full pizza and he hands me a new chicken pizza, As I open this box I am not even shocked anymore at the state of this one, I can see all the dough SO clearly because there is almost zero cheese on it and the mushrooms smell like seafood? Basically once again really off putting and absolutely no effort made, I didnt even have a bite of this one. Obviously the last time I purchase from debonairs plumstead.</p>
