Sorry not so sorry now

On the 06-05-2019 i order pizza from Debonairs pizza Willows in Bloemfontein. Now this is the second time that i was not satisfied with their service. The previous time the pizza did not have enough cheese on and this time was my worst expense of all time. I placed my order through the online app and i got a SMS that my pizza order was placed and will be delivered shortly, and yes i face the correct adresse. It is now the 09-05-2019 and i still havent receved my pizza. I phone them a few times to find out what happend to my pizza and that i was not going to pay for it as i was waiting for it for more that 2 hours at that time. And i also informed them that i was very upset so either they bring the pizza or im going to report them on hello Peter. A day after i orderd the pizza they phoned me to ask if i got my order. I told them that i did not. Apperently they say that some one stole my order and they are so sorry about that. They did not give me any thing for the hunger that i went through on that day. I am a mother of a 3 and a half month old baby and is breastfeeding. So you think it is a good thing for a woman to be hungry and they are breastfeeding? Just a sorry wont help!!!! I was WILLING to pay for the pizza and im not HAPPY
