So disappointed with your old cheese grillers

So disappointed in Debornairs Pizza Eldorado Park on the 25th of November I ordered a crammed pizza to celebrate my son on achieving grate results he choice the order and I usually order from there. The cheese griller was old. Obviously we couldn't eat it. I informed them and they provided me with a case number to date I didn't even get an apology. Very disappointed. Now I would've liked to order pizza as my kids are asking me for it and my failed response is that we rather drive out and if a place that they can rather get pizza worth our money. This isn't fair and we stay literally 2minutes away from the place.
