Can you please assist me, I have placed an order on the debonairs app, the order came to a total of R242,60 and this was on Wednesday 27th of May around 14:47, I got a call an hour later from the to tell me my order will come after 2 hours. I never go the order I tried to call cause I wanted to cancel the order the was no answer, around 18:00 I got a call from them telling me they are coming with my order but it never happen.

I made means to contact them with email and calling, on Friday I called there customer service and I was told I will be refunded my money within 48 hours and till now nothing, I called them again this morning I spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Tshidi who is now telling me I’m only gonna get my money after 7 days.

Please help me cause I don’t want anything that has to do with them I just want my money , this is Debonairs it’s in protea glen mall in Soweto.
