Smashed triple deck pizza delivery

I bought a pizza at debonairs it looks like pap I don't understand how is the delivery services work , I had a date over and the pizza was all over 😐 we had to throw it away it ruined our day , 😫 is it because we in soweto and when they delivered it they didn't even open it to show it ok like the scooter driver knew it was smashed 😕 I am so disappointed
